“MP3 File Terms”

1. You may sell up to 2,000 copies. (Mixtape, Albums, iTunes, Radio etc…)
2. You may use the beat for multi-media purposes such as YouTube videos, small films, etc.
3. Your purchased beat will be untagged and sent via email
4. Earn up to $2,000 dollars performing publically.
5. You do not own the beat, StarTannerProductions still holds full copyrights.
6. A MP3 contract can be sent to you via email, so you may review the leasing agreement after purchase is made. (A more detailed version of this contract is available upon request)

“WAV File Terms”

1. You may sell up to 4,000 copies. (Mixtape, Albums, iTunes, Radio etc…)
2. You may use the beat for multi-media purposes such as YouTube videos, small films, etc.
3. Your purchased beat will be untagged and sent via email
4. Earn up to $4,000 dollars performing publically.
5. You do not own the beat, StarTannerProductions still holds full copyrights.
6. A Wave File contract can be sent to you via email, so you may review the leasing agreement after purchase is made. (A more detailed version of this contract is available upon request)

“Tracked Out Terms”

1. You may sell up to Unlimited copies. (Mixtape, Albums, iTunes, Radio etc…)
2. You may use the beat for multi-media purposes such as YouTube videos, small films, etc.
3. Your purchased beat will be untagged and sent via email
4. Earn up to Unlimited amount of dollars performing publically.
5. You will hold full 100% copyrights
6. A Tracked Out contract and rights automatically comes with the purchase of “Exclusive Beats” ONLY, and can be sent to you via email, so you may review the leasing agreement after purchase is made. (A more detailed version of this contract is available upon request)

“Exclusive Terms”

2. .Wav track outs will be sent via email. (Mailed upon request)
3. You will hold full 100% copyrights
4. Exclusive Rights contract will be mailed to your home or business address to be signed and returned.
5. An Exclusive Rights contract can be sent to you via email, so you may review the agreement once the payment is received. (A more detailed version of this contract is available upon request)
