“How long will it take for me to receive my beat after I purchase it, and where will it be sent?”
You should receive your beat right away after buying it from Star Tanner Productions, rather exclusive or non-exclusive with a copy of your license agreement. If not right away give at least 24 hours due to different time zones. The beat and licensing agreement will be sent to the e-mail address you provide at the time of purchase.* YOU WILL RECEIVE THE BEAT ONLY AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT.

“Can I change the sounds in a beat once it’s bought?”
ONLY IF you purchase the “Exclusive Rights” to a beat. If you purchase the non-exclusive rights to a beat you are not granted to change any sounds in the mix. If you try to change any sounds in any of Star Tanner Productions beats that you bought at a non-exclusive price, legal action will be taken againt you.

“How do I get the non-exclusive or exclusive rights to one of Star Tanner Productions beats?”
If you lease/buy the beat at its non-exclusive price, you will automatically be given the non-exclusive rights to it as well. There is no extra fee to obtain the non-exclusive rights to a Star Tanner Productions beat. However, if you want to purchase the EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS to a particular instrumental, those prices may vary depending on the beat you have selected. If you do not see an exclusive pricing on the beat you want full rights to, please contact Star Tanner Productions at startannerproductions@gmail.com to or via our contact page inquire about the specific price on the beat you wish to own.

“How do I buy a beat on Star Tanner Productions at it’s exclusive price?”
If you want to purchase the EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS to a particular instrumental, those prices may vary depending on the beat you have selected. If you do not see an exclusive pricing on the beat you want full rights to, please contact Star Tanner Productions at startannerproductions@gmail.com to inquire about the specific price on the beat you wish to own or send a message via the Contact Page. Or you can just check the check box under the “Exclusive” pricing in the beat player and purchase your beat exclusively right off of the site. Once the beat is bought it will be taken down off of StarTannerProductions.com. You will also be sent an Exclusive licensing agreement via email.

“If I no longer need the beat after I purchase it, can I get a refund or exchange it?”
Unfortunately we do not do refunds or exchanges on the beats sold on this site. You are able to hear the full beat before purchasing it. So please make your selections carefully so that you can get exactly what you want.

“Can I get the beat I purchased in Wav File format?”
Yes you can! Some of our beats you buy will automatically have the Wav file attached with the MP3 beat you purchase. If you buy a beat in MP# format and a WAV file isn’t attached, please contact us with the name of the beat and your email. Once you submit your email inquiring about the WAv file version we will then send the WAV file to the email you sent the message in. Due to different time zones please give at least 24 hours for the files to be sent. If it is not sent within 24 hours in the WAV file format you requested, please contact startannerproductions@gmail.com.

“Can I get my beat Tracked Out?”
Yes you can! However, you can ONLY get the “Tracked Out” version of the beat if you purchase the beat EXCLUSIVELY. Once you submit your payment, you will then receive the link to the beat and the licsence agreement attached. If it is not sent within 24 hours in the tracked out file format please contact startannerproductions@gmail.com.

“I really like your discounts! How do I go about getting one?”
When a beat special or discount sale is going on all you need to do is simply select the beats you’d like to purchase in the boxes provided in the beat player. Once the payment is submitted, then you will be sent every beat you ordered. If you would like all of the beats you’ve ordered to be tracked out,you MUST PURCHASE THE BEAT EXCLUSIVELY.

“What if there’s a sample in the beat I purchase?”
Star Tanner Productions will not be held liable for the clearing of any samples in the beats we produce. YOU the artist and or company are solely responsible to get that sample cleared if needed.

“What happens if more then one person buys non-exclusive rights to a beat?”
Nothing! Since you only purchased the non-exclusive rights to the beat you DO NOT OWN THE BEAT. Star Tanner Productions still has full copyrights to the beat and ownership as well. You are only allowed to do what is stated in the non-exclusive terms and conditions of the contract. We will also be able to sale the beat to multiple costumers as many times as we like with the same contract intact. Only if you purchase the beat  exclusively we will we no longer have the beat on sale as a non-exclusive or an exclusive. If you purchase the beat exclusively after someone bought it non-exclusively, the beat will be YOURS! You have full ownership and rights to it and can do whatever you please with it. The beat will be taken off the site completely if you buy exclusive rights to it.

“Is there a way I can sale my beats on startannerproductions.com?”
